This project provides services to assist intensive farming to adopt and improve best management land and water management practices that will deliver improved land condition, soil retention and health, carbon content of soils, nutrient management, weed and pest animal management, riparian vegetation rehabilitation, water quality and water use efficiency.

The specific objectives of the project are:

• Water quality, water use efficiency, soil retention and health, carbon content of soils, and nutrient management improved over 400ha on 10 farms through nutrient budgeting and application and irrigation system assessments.
• Farm management systems delivered across 400ha on 10 farms leading to improved land and water management practices that will improve water quality, water use efficiency, soil health, carbon content of soils, and nutrient management.
• Property management planning across 400ha on 10 farms to improve ladn condition, soil retention and health, carbon content of soils, nutrient management, weed and pest animal management, riparian vegetation rehabilitation. water quality and water use efficiency.
