Project Title	Monsoon Centre Business Plan
Partner	Carpentaria Shire Council
Funding	$18,181 through the Queensland Government Blueprint for the Bush Program
Description	Develop a business plan for the development of the Burns Philp building in Normanton as an interpretive centre which will be known as the Monsoon Centre. Done in consultation with local community, indigenous representatives, local council and management committee.
Commenced	1st October, 2008
Due for Completion	30th September, 2009
