Monitoring and Evaluation

The purpose of a strong monitoring and evaluation program is to observe issues in the region and to gauge what effect our activities are having. This information helps us take more informed decisions about adapting and targeting  management actions.

Northern Gulf Resource Management Group is committed to continuous improvement based on data we collect from the country and people we are connected with. We undertake continuous improvement strategies at a per-project level (to ensure value for money is being delivered), as well as regional-scale landscape health assessments to identify trends over time (as with our EcoAccounts project).
